Early Econ > Item Augments > Combat Power. This is the end game board for AD comps that Fast 9/10. Wins often, but rare to actually play this outside of extreme econ portals/encounters. Best with Irelia/Hwei exalted and/or on high resource portals/encounters.

Positioning Example
Stage 2
Play from winstreak and very strong openers. Storyweaver, Fated, Inkshadow are all good.
Stage 3
Play strongest board, Keep econ high. Econ augment is great here if ahead.
Stage 4
If you lose streak/start falling behind, pivot to a 4 cost comp based on items. At 9, Dragonlord + 5 costs is your core team for a while.
