Vanguard variation of Mages with 3* Vanguard and Arcana Ahri synergy. Good option to consider if you are contested because Vex 3 is too hard to hit. If you don't hit Blitz 3, find another 3* Vanguard.

Alt Builds
Stage 2
Collect early Soraka and Seraphines early. Don’t spend any econ on leveling.
Stage 3
Slow roll at level 5 above 50g for Soraka, Seraphine, and Blitz. You can also chase 3* Warwick and Galio if you aren't hitting Blitz.
Stage 4
Once you finish main tank & Mage 3*, push levels for Vanguards and Arcana. Charm Ahri for 3* AP value or play Xerath for charms.
