Tips & Tricks
Hwei usually wants double mana + AP items. Bard is often duo carry but if you cannot hit Bard 3, transfer items later to Xerath. Charm Tahm Kench. Can also play Ahri until Xerath and charm her for 3* AP value.

Alt Builds
Stage 2
Play around strong AP opener. Upgraded low cost units are generally stronger than Hwei 1.
Stage 3
Try to Stabilize around 4 vanguard stage 3. Roll on 6 if you have 3+ pairs. Can transition to Hwei / Bard duo carry if upgraded.
Stage 4
Level to 7 and roll for 2* upgrades. Slow roll above 50g for Hwei 3, Morde 3, and Bard 3. Level for Arcana later.
