Stage 2

Play when you have early Zileans and good AP items. Slam and play for winstreak.

Stage 3

Level to 6 at 3-2 and roll until you hit Zilean 2 and Kassadin 2. Start building items for Kassadin.

Stage 4

Finish your 3*s (Zilean > Kassadin > Ahri > Jax) then level for Arcana. Hecarim and Bard 3 are luxury.
