Stage 2

Collect early Vlad and focus on econ for a big Level 6 roll down. Prioritize Rod items for Vlad.

Stage 3

Level to 6 and roll down for Vlad 2 and Watchers. Build belt items on any watcher for Garen later.

Stage 4

Finish Vlad 3 and level for 4 Emissary Sorcerors. Can flex in other traits like 6 Sorceror or 6 Watcher until you get the Emissaries online.
