This comp wants to Fast 9 if possible because of its dependency on hitting Jinx to stabilize. 10 Rebel is very OP and worth chasing if you have Emblem on a Golem / DUmmy. Anomaly Priority: Zoe > Illaoi

Alt Builds
Stage 2
Play around early Vex, Rebels, and Visionary. Hold other Rebels on the bench as you level up.
Stage 3
Level for 5 Rebel and Sentinels. Play Zoe and Illaoi if you find them early. Econ up for a level 8.
Stage 4
Fast 8 for Zoe and Illaoi. Always play 7 Rebel and Viktor for the chain stun. Last spot is flex - Leblanc, Ekko, Ambessa, Heimer, Nami are all viable.
