Win condition is to play for Sylas late game so hold extra J4, Lux, and Garens on any rolldown. Demacian emblem not that strong but if you want to chase 11 Demacia you will need 2 emblems + Level 10. End game, drop down to 3 Demacians + 5 costs.

Stage 2
Play around early upgraded Demacia for winstreak. Early Yordles pair well with Demacia so you can use them for easy upgrades / unlocks.
Stage 3
Add more Demacians as you level. You can flex in Ionia if you have Xin Zhao. Ahri is a solid 3 cost Arcanist to itemize this stage.
Stage 4
Fast 8 and unlock Galio ASAP. You will likely need to roll heavily on 8 to get Sylas online. The last slot is flexible - Swain, Ornn, or another 5 cost all work.
