Play around Bilgewater most of the game instead of Piltover. Collect Piltovers on the bench so you can field them for the T-Hex unlock. Use Bilgewater shops to get free copies of your units. Tech in 5/7 Bilgewater to see items if you have enough Serpents. EMP > Blast Shield > Attack Speed for your 2 Piltover.
