Very risky, but high cap. Only play when you have early Ixtal and can unlock Tryndamere. Aim for a 200 cashout to get duplicators or 550 for max spike. Prioritize Tryndamere > Neeko > Ashe items. Nidalee 2 can duo carry if you don't have Ashe 3 or flooded with AP items.
