Noxus Mel Flex
Playstyle: Fast 9 (HARD)
Unlock Leblanc as soon as you can by itemizing Sion. Shown board is the base, but you can replace many units outside of Mel + Sion + Ambessa + Fiddlesticks. Mel's Radiant item usually takes 1.5 - 2 stages so plan ahead accordingly.

Flex Units
Stage 2-3
Play around early AP items on a strong upgraded unit for winstreak. Ideal opener is resource generating Ionia.
Stage 4
You will need to roll heavily on 8 most games to stabilize and look for Ambessa 2. Have Seraphine / Leblanc 2 hold Mel's items while you wait to unlock her.
Stage 5
Get to 9 and look for Mel 2 with a duo carry. Shyvana is the shown unit but you have many options. Position Mel directly across enemy carries.
