Playstyle: 4-Cost Fast 8 (MEDIUM)
You don't need an Ionia emblem to get to 10, but skipping Yone quest is strongly preferred. Best with Ionia Paths that gives combat stats (as opposed to gold / resources) so you can get to 10 Ionia and chase the Prismatic. Only attempt this if you are winstreaking and are likely to get more resources.

Stage 2
Play around winstreak Ionia and snowball your econ lead. Take item augments so you can win and kill for Ionia gold value.
Stage 3
Level and add more Ionia as needed while flexing in more frontline. Wardens, Bruisers, and Defenders are all good. Econ up for a fast 8.
Stage 4
Activate Sett ASAP then itemize him. Roll for Yunara 2 and general upgrades. Play any Quickstriker until Kindred. Go 9 for 5 costs like Zilean or Senna.
