If you are far ahead economically, consider rolling to unlock Bard early. It will look awkward for a while but the resources you gain will be worth.
Stage 3
Slow roll for Viego 3 and focus on getting his BIS items. Once you hit, push levels and add more Shadow Isles / Wardens.
Stage 4
Make items for Thresh duo carry. Kalista can hold leftover AD caster items. Cap with Kindred Wardens or Mel Noxus.
