Stage 2

Play best board around Teemo and early Spirit. Ideally played from winstreak but you can also lose streak if you have strong econ.

Stage 3

Level to 6 and roll for Teemo 2, 4 Spirit, and Sharpshooters. Econ back up and begin slow rolling for Teemo 3.

Stage 4

Finish Teemo 3 and push levels for more Sharpshooters and frontline. Sivir can duo carry / hold AD items.
