Aim for the Noxious Trap Power Up so you can have full damage items on Malzahar. You can primary tank Poppy or Kobuko 3 in this comp. Leftover AD items can go on Darius or Jayce 3. If Darius too contested, play for an itemized 5 cost (Seraphine) as your duo carry

Stage 2
Play around strong AP Heavyweight opener either around Malzahar or Syndra. Prioritize utility items for Malzahar first.
Stage 3
Add more Heavweights or Prodigy as you level. Make sure to hold heavyweight pairs even the 1 costs are important to upgrade.
Stage 4
Level to 7 and roll for 2* Heavyweight and Malzahar to stabilize for Stage 4. Econ up and roll for 3* Malzahar and your frontliner. Add in Prodigy at 8.
