Prioritize items on Briar > Bel'Veth / Kai'Sa. Positioning shown is for most of early and mid game, but late game you can play a standard default melee carry positioning. Rhaast on 8, Jhin on 9. Tahm 2 is a better tank than Reksai 3.

Stage 2
Field 3 Primordian and start collecting Primordians. Early game you can solo frontline Briar in top corner when you have Rogue activated.
Stage 3
Slow roll on 5 for Primordian units and Cho 3 if very rich. Finish items for Briar, Rek'Sai, and Bel'Veth. If Briar solo frontline is falling off, change to default melee positioning.
Stage 4
Finish your 3* then push levels for Rhaast / Kindred. Kai'sa takes any leftover items (can also hold Sunder / Anti-heal items). If no Cho 3, cap with Jhin instead.
