AP Shepherd 9-5

AP Shepherd 9-5
Playstyle: Fast 9 (HARD)
Ideally played from a win streak with lots of resources and items for backline. Save tears for Nunu items. 4 Vanguard is shown but frontline is quite flexible. Sona likes leftover mana / utility items. Bard likes AP items. Vex is also another 5 cost to flex in over Bard if you have items for her. Always keep Rhaast on the board.

Stage 2
Play a standard AP win streak board around Vanguards. Take econ/item augments if you can.
Stage 3
Continue leveling and win streaking. Look for upgraded 2 and 3 cost units to hold items. Vanguards and Shepherds is a good core to play towards.
Stage 4
If far ahead in HP / win streaking, you can sac Stage 4 with Timebreaker for rerolls. Otherwise, roll on 8 to stabilize first. At 9, always prioritize itemizing whichever upgraded units you hit first.
